Travelling is by far a moment to enjoy and to relax. In order to make sure that tourism companies, transportation operators and hotels provide such pleasure to travellers, a very comprehensive set of rules and regulations exists.
This volume presents a selection of legislative texts and materials related to Belgian and European Tourism Law. It focusses on the law regarding consumers protection, such as air passengers rights and rights of travellers buying travel services. In the first place it serves as a guide for students and scholars of International Tourism & Leisure Law.
